George C. Denniston

George C. Denniston, M.D.[a 1], M.P.H.[a 2], ist der Gründer und Präsident von Doctors Opposing Circumcision. Er ist Absolvent der Princeton-Universität, der Medizinschule an der Universität von Pennsylvania und der Harvard School of Public Health. Er ist ehemaliger stellvertretender medizinischer Direktor der Planned Parenthood Federation of America und emeritierter Professor der Abteilung für Familienmedizin der Universität von Washington. Dr. Denniston gründete D.O.C. 1995, um die unethische und unnötige Praxis der partiellen Penis-Amputation bei Kindern (Beschneidung) auszumerzen, nicht nur wegen des Schadens, den sie Millionen amerikanischer Jungen und Männer zugefügt hat, sondern auch, weil sie dem Ruf des medizinischen Berufsstandes geschadet hat.[1]
