Er stellte ihnen eine Brandwunde an der Spitze des Penis und ein Versagen bei der Urinentleerung vor, das mit einer fortschreitenden Blähung des Abdomens verbunden war. Ultraschall ergab schwere Aszites. Aspiration und Analyse bestätigten, dass die Flüssigkeit Urin war. Ein aufsteigendes Zystourethrogramm wurde durchgeführt, wobei eine Perforation der hinteren Blasenwand in der Nähe des Trigons festgestellt wurde. Die Exploration wurde durchgeführt und die Reparatur durchgeführt. Der postoperative Verlauf verlief ereignislos.
